Saved the day!

I needed to the app some records to my doctor to schedule surgery and I tried some of the free the app websites but I was limited in the number of pages that I could the app or I had to sign up for a 30-day free trial and give my credit card info (and I always forget to cancel before 30 days is up). I decided to look in the App Store to see if there was an app that I could use and all of them had “purchase in app” or cost to purchase the app and I just wanted was something free and I found it - if you are reading this review, you’ve found it too! I sent a 7’page the app and I kept waiting for something to pop up telling me how much I had to pay but nothing ever did!!! THIS APP IS TOTALLY FREE - and very easy to use!
Ms Feeling Misled

I decided to try this the app app for a number of reasons, but the deciding factor was because it’s described as free. There is also a written review by aa user about this being totally free to use. The user explains that to begin with, one is provided with 50 free credits. It further explains once one is out of credits, all one needs to do is message the developer and the developer automatically provides additional free credits. Below the user review, there is a reply from the developer confirming that the app and credits are totally free. Well,..... not so much! To begin with, I received 2 free credits ~ NOT 50.... And within the app the only way in which I can receive any additional credits, is if I pay for them. If something has changed since that reviewer’s comment & the developer’s reply, I think the developer should add an addendum to their reply. Especially since that review and reply from the developer is at the top and the first review seen. Additionally, in the developer’s description of the app it states credits can be purchased for .10c per credit. However, that is not the case either. Unless you decide to purchase 500 credits for $50 at .10c per credit, you’ll pay .15c to .50c per credit. It may be relatively economical, I am just very disappointed that the information provided is deceiving Feeling Misled.
Pretty Great, but...

Just used this for the first time. It works as described. Nicely designed. Slick and easy interface, and the documents appear to have been delivered. Awesome, for being free, right?... However, should you have to leave the the app app for any purpose (answer a call, the phone turns itself off due to inactivity...), everything you’ve worked to complete (cover page, documents) disappears. Given all the monkey business going on, I do not leave access to Photos open to any app for any longer than necessary. So, as soon as my pics of the documents were added, I went to settings to turn off FaxGun’s access to photos. The entire the app was cleared as a result, and had to start over. Luckily, the documents were still available, so I used the Camera feature in the app instead.

Finally, I have been trying to find an honest app to send out my super important the app for a few days but they all say free and then have either hidden fees, charge you anyway or are too expensive. This app is, as I mentioned, honest and although it is not “free”, it is very well priced. It’s perfect for people like me who have occasional faxes to send, or for a business to send out faxes all day long. I emailed the devs and within hours they emailed me right back, super duper nice and polite. You don’t see that anymore. The app itself is very very simple to navigate and is very self explanatory. And even within its simplicity it offers tutorials for those who may need that extra hand. Anyways, before I end up writing a book, I really want to say that if you’re looking to the app and need it done fast and cheap, give these guys a chance! You won’t be disappointed 😊
