Install Color Picker for Artists app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Color Picker"
The search will reveal the Color Picker for Artists app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Color Picker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Color Picker.

Helpful but might have a bug or two

This app is very helpful but I find a problem. For example, when I put the circle on a the app of green it says that that the app is gold. Not sure if this can be fixed in the near future or not. I certainly hope so because this app is extremely helpful to any artist.
Color picker not working!

I haven’t used the app for a couple of weeks and it stopped working. I can’t clear the last picture and add a new photo. When I tried to add a new photo from my gallery the message says there are no photos or videos. I didn’t pay for a one time use. What gives? I would have given a higher rating but there is not app support, just buy and spend more. Phooey!
