The app is straight forward and serves its purpose. A plus is that it keeps track of old orders so you don’t have to generate new ones. The interface for placing items in the shopping cart is slightly awkward. The big plus which has proven to be a failure is the deliver time slots they allocate. After you place your order you can request your order be dropped off in a specific time slot (which are limited). They have failed to deliver the the only two orders I ever made by an hour. It clearly shows a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service.

No me entregaron un producto y cobraron el pedido completo, hace dos semana que trato de llamarlos y escribirles para saber qué pasó con mi reembolso y nadie me responde, ni siquiera me informaron cómo me devolvían el dinero, que lastima porque no creo que use mas ese servicio ni que lo recomiende a otros
