Download and install the IATA AgentExperience app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IATA AgentExperience"
The search will reveal the IATA AgentExperience app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once IATA AgentExperience is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IATA AgentExperience.

- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "IATA AgentExperience" » Click "Install" to install IATA AgentExperience

✔ Pros:

- The app has some really cool features.

☹ Cons:

- Users are unable to add photos to "My Wallet" and IATAN card to wallet.

- The app gets stuck on the IATA logo and won't go forward to the login page.

- The app crashes instantly when opened on two different phones.

- The app is stuck in a mode where it won't do anything, even after re-logging in, reinstalling, shutting down, restarting, and rebooting the phone.

Won’t login 2nd time, stays stuck

Once I restart the phone, it will login 1 time and after that it will get stuck on the app logo and won’t go forward to login page etc. Also can’t add IATAN card to wallet, gives error and shows no image as it shows on demo page.

App is stuck in a won’t do anything mode. I’ve re logged in, reinstalled app, shut down my phone, restarted and rebooted but it’s still stuck. Please help I’m so Looking forward to using the app, there are some really cool features!
App just crashes
