2. While the files are immediately deleted after conversion or cancellation, you should be aware that by using this app, you agree that your files will be sent over to internet from the app to the conversion server.

3. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.

4. Files are immediately deleted from the server after conversion.

5. We've also recently added support for local conversions for many popular conversion types.

6. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

7. Conversion is done on a secure cloud server, which makes conversion easier, faster and much more battery-friendly.

Quite happy with the app simplicity of this app. Works exactly as described. 5 star. However with most technology if your connection is poor the app conversion can be painfully slow. 2nd observation is its lack of rotation with your iPads orientation, frustrating but not a deal breaker.
Terrible File Management

Uploaded and converted files are randomly sorted in the app history. They aren’t sorted by name, date or otherwise. To find a file that’s already been uploaded or converted, you have to scroll through the app history looking for the app file you want one by one. Also, there is no way to delete multiple files at a time. You eventually accumulate many files and to clear them, you must select them one at a time and choose delete.
Complete scam

I’ve tried to contact support now three times to cancel a subscription it made me pay for. They haven’t gotten back to me over the app course of over a month. Very sketchy and unprofessional. I am still being charged for this “Premium Pass Subscription” I was forced to pay for to convert my document. I was desperate to get this file so I paid for it so I could use it briefly and I’ve tried to contact support to cancel it but no one will get back to me. I’ll be contacting Apple soon if I do not get a response.
Couldn’t convert doc to pdf or jpg

the app sole reason I paid the app $10 was to convert a word doc to pdf. Keeps failing. And Q&A isn’t helpful. Only offered “why my pdf won’t convert” which explains why a pdf might not convert to other formats, not the app other way around. So instead I tried to convert to jpg, because I have another app that converts jpg to pdf... but this app converts it to a zip file instead, and says use izip to open it. I have to download ANOTHER app to open the app zip file to get the app jpg to convert it to a pdf??? Seriously?!
