Software Features and Description

1. Binder is an extension to any Magaya software product and allows sending attachments directly from your phone to items or transactions in your database.

2. Binder only works with Magaya version 11 or more recent! Please contact Magaya if you need help updating your system.

3. Your Binder Username is displayed in parentheses on the title bar in Magaya, for example (johndoe).

4. The Password is the same you use for Magaya.

5. Review and submit.

6. The photos will be sent to the Attachments tab of the record in Magaya.

Download and install the Binder by Magaya app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Binder by Magaya"
The search will reveal the Binder by Magaya app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Binder by Magaya is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Binder by Magaya.
Now enjoy Binder by Magaya on PC.

To get Binder by Magaya on Windows 11, check if there's a native Binder by Magaya Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Binder by Magaya:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Binder by Magaya" » Click "Install" to install Binder by Magaya

✔ Pros:

- The app solves a significant problem in the warehouse by allowing easy and fast attachment of pictures to every warehouse receipt in Magaya software.

- The app is a great addition to the Magaya software.

☹ Cons:

- The app is limited to use only with warehouse receipts and does not allow image cropping.

- It would be ideal if the saved file contained the reference number for easy identification.

- Some users have reported issues with logging in even with correct credentials.

This app solves a tremendous problem for us in the warehouse, it allows us to take and attach pictures to every warehouse receipt in Magaya software very easily and fast. Congrats on a job well done!
Great start, could be better fast

This is a great addition to the Magaya software. Downside, I am only able to use it with warehouse receipts and cannot crop the images. Also it would be ideal if the file that is saved and ultimately uploaded to Magaya contained the reference number, something like WR-12345.jpg or similar.
