What is RideLink? RideLink is a mobile app that allows users to update firmware for Giant Power Pro and CycloSmart. It also provides users with the ability to view power data, including pedal balance, force angle, and calibration. The app can connect with BLE-compatible heart rate straps and cadence sensors to show heart rate and cadence data for a complete overall view of workout performance.

Software Features and Description

1. The RideLink can connect with BLE-compatible heart rate straps to also show HR data for a complete overall view of your workout performance effort.

2. After pair with Giant Smart Trainer, you can view immediately cycling data, adjust the resistance level and update firmware by the RideLink app.

3. Also the RideLink app can connect with BLE compatible HR belt and cadence sensor to show heart rate and cadence data to see your overall workout performance.

4. RideLink allows you to view your power data including pedal balance, force angle and calibration.

5. After pairing with your Giant Power Pro, you can view all this data in the RideLink app.

6. RideLink allows you to do firmware update for Giant Power Pro and CycloSmart.

7. Use RideLink to calibrate and update the firmware before your ride with Power Pro.

8. Workout data is saved in the RideLink app.

9. RideLink also makes it easy to update your firmware.

10. You can also forward ride data via email to evaluate your ride performance and make future training adjustments.

Install RideLink app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RideLink on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RideLink"
The search will reveal the RideLink app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RideLink is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RideLink.
Now enjoy RideLink on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use RideLink,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RideLink" » then Click "Install".
- RideLink will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Functional but could be easier to use

The start/end ride buttons should be on every page and labeled Start/End. I don’t even know how to pair a HR device to the app either, I only remember one is not paired whenever I start a ride. Never had an issue pairing and calibrating my Power Pro MY19 power meter and RideSense speed/cadence sensors. Just picked up a CycloSmart trainer so there might be a follow up review later.
Totally broken after the update the other day

Black screen, doesn’t work after they updated it. Uninstalled and re-installed. Same problem. Worked fine at first but they done broke it LOL.
