Keeps freezing

I have had the app constantly freeze on me and would not let me end trips. I’ve had to uninstall it and reinstall it a few times until I got fed up and decided to just close it. To make matters worse whenever I call support the keeps on dropping, it was so frustrating.

the app app support I have found a bug in the app. The screen flashes in less than a second or seconds you can barely notice and the status changes to offline then the pop up screen comes saying you have missed a booking and forced to go offline. It’s huge issue/ bug as captains lose their acceptance rate.
