Waste of time

I’ve tried to use the app in the past, and it’s either glitched not adding the correct item to the cart, or omitting something on the order when I submitted it. Today, when I re-downloaded it to see if it had gotten any better, it didn’t ask for payment info, so I assumed it would have me pay in store. When I got there ready to pay, they said the payment failed and they didn’t work on the order. The app did not tell me I had a failed payment (due to the info being obsolete from a year ago). So it was a waste of my morning driving to the app bc the app is garbage. Not that the employees are helpful, or friendly but the least they can do is have a reliable app if they are going to refuse phone orders.

As wonderful as it is to spend time in the stores, sometimes it is necessary to grab and go and this app makes it super easy. It’s a nice addition.

Almost works.

Since the app has a made to order kitchen, wait times can be long. Ordering ahead is awesome.
That said, using “favorites”breaks the app. Favorites forces you into Apple Pay and that doesn’t actually work. As long as you use the regular menu and pay with a card added within the app you will be fine.
