Install Sound Tune app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sound Tune"
The search will reveal the Sound Tune app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Sound Tune is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sound Tune.

It doesn’t let me use the app some Chinese letters come up and can’t manage to make them go away I already deleted and installed the app again and they still come up. It Might be a Bug or something but that needs to be fixed
Cannot connect with original usb cable.
