I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one because this remote really helped me out! My Samsung the app tv stopped responding to my remote for some Reason so I downloaded a remote app. It took me 4 apps of trial and error to finally find this one. One that actually works with no freezes, no issues and no ADS !!!!

Can’t find TV and ADS are insane

I just loaded the app. First off, THE ADS. Wow. I’ve had to x-out about 30 ads. Second, I attempted auto-setup. App says it “can’t connect to tv because the app is on the network blacklist. Please remove it.”
First, There is no blacklist. I did enable IP address remotes, which should do the trick. I attempted auto-setup again. Nothing. Then went to manual set up, entered the IP address, followed the steps. Same error. Then clicked on app support, and it’s just a page with more ads for more stuff, zero support.

Doesn't work for my model

It says on the description it works for all model Hs but as far as I can tell it doesn't work for mind. It will not detect TV and doing it manually is impossible because the pin does not get sent to my TV after entering the IP Adress.
It is connected to the same Network I have checked many times.
Many online have similar problems with this app as well as those like it. As far as I can tell it is a design flaw of the TV, but you should not say it works for all Hs if it doesn't.
If I am wrong and you can explain to me how to get it set up I will gosh change my review.
I'm sure it works great for those with comparable TVs, but again the description is false advertisement as far as I can tell.
Please, if I'm wrong explain to me why, I do not want to leave a bad reviewer, I'm sure you work hard to make a good product.
