Pricey awesome app with errors

I’m stoked to be able to this app on a reliable platform. My only complaint: I don’t recall this issue happening last season, but throughout this season the app stops playing several times per game and states each time that an error had occurred during playback. I then miss several seconds of live action before I can resume watching again. Very annoying.. and you never know what can happen within seconds! For how god awful pricey a subscription is, I would expect it to run smoothly.

Avoid or improve given the exorbitant cost.

Thankful for access to the content. However there is no ability to rewind or fast forward with any control. No ability to review. No ability to do anything with control other than PAUSE and PLAY.
WHY??!? It is sport...customer want to be able to review, rewatch and control the content. However with this sluggish app all one can do is drag a significant amount (minutes worth!) along the stream bar and hope then wait. Minutes upon minutes.
For hundreds of dollars this is what you get from the folk at FOX.
Why?
Can you imagine NHL or any other sport only offering PAUSE and PLAY as a control mechanism.
For the price it’s unacceptable.
Please update or refund.

Love the idea..

I love that NRL is available to me but.. for the price of this app and the amount of problem I encounter, it’s not much better than nothing. Very disappointed in how often the app crashes, doesn’t load or will be in maintenance mode.
I wish there were other features on the play screen like fast forward or rewind. This app will be great after it is brought up to date.

Ff and rewind

This app has saved my nrl addiction life! Living overseas for a year has made it difficult to support my NQ Cowboys. However, app could really do with plus and minus 15 seconds buttons. Rewinding is almost impossible. I really want to rewatch tackles so know buttons would be excellent.
