I've had this application for all of 10 minutes but I already feel like my heart is overflowing. And I mean that in the best way possible! I just can't explain what it is about this app—maybe it's the simplicity, or maybe it's the color scheme that puts me at ease and helps me to be honest with myself. I've tried many times over the years to keep a diary to varying degrees of success; the closest I came to building a daily habit was a bullet journal, but even that fell by the wayside. I have difficulty using my hand to write things and often find it painful to write, so having a voice recording-type journal has made it possible and even easy for me to begin to practice the mindfulness that I know daily journaling can afford you. What initially caught my eye was the fact that this did not offer in-app purchases. I have seen maybe a handful of apps on the Apple app store that don't require in app purchases, and basically every time that I come across one I can't help but download it. Since I was in the mood for a journaling app today, I decided to give this one a shot. I am so glad that I did. I really do hope that this app continues to grow, even though it's been a year since the last update. I will be doing a lot of research into the app and the app developers, as I am interested in contributing or supporting them, and their venture, in someway.
  • It’s not all it’s cracked up to be

In the description it says that it can talk and learn from you speaking. So far it has done neither of those, I like the idea of an a.i. Being able to talk to you and learning from you on your phone. But so far Siri is more helpful than this and more useful. I like the idea of this but there is a lot of work that needs to be done in order for it to be what you described it to. A suggestion though, I’m in a lot of places where I can’t talk but want to write in this but can’t and forget to later. Maybe add a setting where you can either type or talk, cause I think that would be helpful for people in my situation. And maybe make the emotions easier to read.
  • An interesting app

It does what it says it should. I think it’s super awesome to be able to see and hear some of the things you talk about and that it can recognize emotions and key words. That’s super cool all on it’s own. I love how it finds things you talk about and asks you to elaborate. That’s super cool. On the surface level, being able to voice what your feeling is unique. I hope all these features remain free, and that you leave all journal entries open. It’s cool to go back and listen.
  • Overall Good

I’ve had this app for a few hours, and I really like it. It follows the description provided. It’s useful. However, I would like to access all of my journals to go back to them and listen to an old recording to see my growth. Also, more prompts would be nice, but the ones available are good nonetheless. There should be a way to secure the recordings or app with a password but that’s not a priority. Ultimately, really good app and idea with room for growth. Very nice.
