What is Spirit? Spirit is the official mobile application of the fitness club network of the same name. It provides users with information about the clubs, allows them to purchase and pay for subscriptions, access their personal account, view group class schedules, and access a library of workout programs. The app also allows users to train using pre-made programs, adapt them, and create their own. Members can also keep track of their workout progress and access specialized workout programs based on their fitness level and goals.
