Install Beachbody Nutrition app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Beachbody Nutrition on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Beachbody Nutrition"
    • The search will reveal the Beachbody Nutrition app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Beachbody Nutrition is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Beachbody Nutrition.
    • Now enjoy Beachbody Nutrition on PC.

  • Needs improvements, but like the concept!

    It would be helpful to have the shakeology counter to also automatically be counted in the containers down below. I also think it’d be nice to have other trackers like: Work our done today (where you could enter which beachbod workout or persona work out you did), cycle, soreness/things that involve listening to your body more, mood, goals, non-scale achievement. etc. It would also be helpful to be able to save previous meals so you can easily select them again! One of my “meals” is shakeology with certain add ons. And it’s annoying to have to manually put it in everyday even though it never changes! Also, for meal prepping, it would be helpful to be able to say what containers are being used in tomorrow’s lunch. Not only do I meal prep, but I always have a packed lunch premade the night before and have just been writing on a post it note on my Tupperware what it is for me to log the next day at work!! For the things it does track and do, I think it works well. But I think it has so much more potential as an app! However, I don’t know what people are talking about with the water portions. I am able to manually type my tracked water or click one of the presets if it matches what I just drank. I find that super helpful!

    I really want to give this 3 1/2 ⭐️. Downloaded this for 2b mindset. I was super excited to be able to not carry the paper tracker but I’m a little disappointed. Though it has a lot of great features it doesn’t mimic the paper tracker and eliminates many important things that were taught to log. (Ex did you 💩? ; hours of sleep, logging of exercise, mindset) in addition the logging of water should allow you to log it and it add it up vs me having to remember. The bottles we received for water were 30 oz yet there is no 30 oz water bottle in their little water bottle graphics. It needs to mimic the paper tracker. The week in review keeps track of water, weight and shakeology. I feel like the keeping track of how much shakeology you drink is an unnecessary feature. We all know the app wants its customers to buy & use shakeology but really??? This can be reviewed in the food that we’re inputting anyway. Remove that and add some better features. I would have given it 3 ⭐️ but I do like how you have access to fixate & recipes & the 2bmindset videos. Update please!!!
  • Great start but needs some work!!

    So excited to use this app while following the 2BMindset. However the app has some issues. When logging food there seems to be a character limit. This doesn’t allow me to include all the details I would like in my tracker. Also once you’ve typed a certain amount of characters the screen doesn’t move up and I am unable to see what I’m typing. As a plus, would be nice to have some of the options from the tracker such as: the ability to track time of meals, weight loss per day (to easily see and identify weight loss days as in the tracker), hours of sleep, bowel movements, extra credit exercise done and an overall space for misc info such as mindset, me time, etc. I’m sure some of these will be addressed with updates in the future. Overall great app and companion to the 2BMindset!
  • A bit disappointed

    I am just starting my the app journey and I have been looking for an app to use in order to track my progress along the I had high hopes for this app, but it already seems to come up short. I do like the app for tracking my food and water intake, but it seems to come up short for tracking progress and workouts since I am not part of a challenge group. I would like a place to record and track body measurements, photos and weight along my journey. It would also be great to be able to download electronic calendars and insert them into a fitness calendar for the specific fitness program I am doing (21 day) or plan to do so I can keep track of my progress through the program visually. As it is I will need to use multiple apps or recording tools to track my accomplishments.
