Install Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Amaha on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Amaha"
    • The search will reveal the Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Amaha is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Amaha.
    • Now enjoy Amaha on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Amaha,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Amaha" » then Click "Install".
    • Amaha: Mental Health Self-Care will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    This has helped me so much to calm me done and get tho things. It’s the best app I’ve ever downloaded. honestly I would get tho life if i didn’t have this. Thank you guys so much I now how to deal with stuff that I didn’t know how to at first but know I do and it helps me calm down after a VERY stressful day!

  • Shouldn’t have to pay to be happy

    I personally struggle with depression and anxiety daily. I am also too poor to afford to see a therapist or go to a doctor. I assumed that I could download an app to maybe help in just the slightest, but it turns out being happy has a cost. Specifically $60 a month or $150 for three months. I’m glad to see that people really do value people with depression, and would just do ANYTHING to see them thrive and happy. I wouldn’t download this tbh, not worth it and now I just feel worse :)
