Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Flipbook on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Flipbook"
The search will reveal the Flipbook:Animate! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Flipbook is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Flipbook.
Now enjoy Flipbook on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Flipbook,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Flipbook" » then Click "Install".
- Flipbook:Animate! will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Big problems.

App cuts out sides so that you cannot switch pages nor have the entire color palette.
Fails to size itself for current device.

I downloaded on iPhone 5, iPad 3, and iPhone XR. In all devices I was unable to reach/access the “new page” button. This made the app useless. There is no “settings” button. No way to scroll to the other tools. The “Eraser” was unreachable on two of the Apple devices mentioned above.
Garbage can won’t work

This is lots of fun. But I can’t delete any flipbooks. The delete function seems inoperable on my iPhone 6 Plus with all Apple updates done.
Waste of $3
