Install Photoscribe - Measures & Notes app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Well, all I can say is wow. This is the app I have been looking for for years. The only thing that I would like is more than 8 photos. Ability to add multiple photos at one time would be great as well. Looking forward to trying it on my iPad. Ability to pick how many pic per pdf page would be great to. So many possibilities!!!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. As a retired mechanical engineer I was looking for an app that would allow adding dimensions and text to photos and this app does that very well and is very simple to use. Well done, developers, 5 star for sure !

Would not use the free version is unusable because of watermarks!
