I had multiple fees taken from my bank with very little explanation, that made very little sense. They need to clarify and explain a bit better. Also be more professional and calm when writing. I was written to in a bit of a rude manner and was not fully answered to anything I had asked. The bikes themselves aren’t bad and it’s very helpful to get around if you can find one near you. 👍
