  • Super useful, not too many glitches

By a VT librarian (Pcmac user)

The ability to save your own schedule and add other meeting times is great. Super useful and easy to use. So glad to have it! I can’t imagine doing all this with huge conference book. Issues: map detail was too small to see easily (this may be especially so because of huge size of New Orleans conference center). Sometimes forced me to log in again (I almost remember my badge number). When I deleted an event from my calendar it would move my schedule to Friday every time, then I had to go back to the proper day.
  • Better than lugging the physical book.

    By AnnaMHolt (Pcmac user)

It was a wonderful tool to have in my pocket! There were only two times it did not load for me at the Annual Conference 2019. In those instances, I needed to shut down the app and reboot. I am not sure how the messaging tool works though. I sent a few messages to people I wanted to network with, but I never saw where to access them once sent out. I also am not sure the recipients of those messages ever saw the messages.
  • Still buggy

Thank you for the app, it did make finding sessions easier when it worked. I had everything loaded before the conference, so when I got there everything was deleted from the app after the app crashed several times on Saturday. Not sure why once I was at the conference I had to use the badge number on the mobile device while logging into the website with my this app member number, so the conference sessions I had signed up for had been deleted from the app. Which didn’t help me on Sunday because it kept crashing. Please fix.
  • Very glitchy at 2019 Annual

    By Ubiquitous Chip (Pcmac user)

The app keeps crashing and losing access to My Schedule. I’ve talked with other attendees with similar issues. I have resorted to taking screenshots of My Schedule from a browser. That way my sked is readily available for quick access in my iPhone photos, at least. I’ve used this app without problems at recent annual and midwinter conferences. Can’t believe its getting worse instead of better. I wouldn’t have posted a review here except that the Rate App button on the home page does nothing. Is this the best we can do, this app?
