Install Reed in Partnership Portal app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Reed in Partnership Portal"
The search will reveal the Reed in Partnership Portal app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Reed in Partnership Portal is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Reed in Partnership Portal.
Now enjoy Reed in Partnership Portal on PC.
