「MySOS forME」 is an app designed for the purpose of promoting employee health, life-saving, and emergency response. This app is only available for companies that have signed a corporate contract. A tenant code issued by each company is required to use the app. In case of an emergency, the app provides necessary medical information. It also collaborates with healthcare apps to manage health.

- Primary life-saving measures guide: Supports situation judgment and implementation of primary life-saving measures (BLS) until the ambulance arrives when a sudden illness is discovered.
- Pediatric emergency guide: Provides guidance on how to deal with sudden child illnesses (such as sudden fever, convulsions, injuries, abdominal pain, ingestion of foreign objects, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, eye pain, ear pain, bee stings, hiccups, etc.) when parents with small children are unsure how to respond during holidays or at night. It also provides guidance on when to seek emergency medical care. (Additional items will be added sequentially.)
- First aid guide: Provides guidance on first aid for fractures, bleeding, seizures, heatstroke, etc. It also provides information on accident prevention. (Provided by the Japanese Red Cross Society)
- Emergency contact: Allows registration of emergency contacts (such as family members) to be contacted in case of an emergency. Phone calls and SMS messages can be sent to the registered contacts.
- Rescue request: Allows sending a rescue request (SOS) to people who have installed MySOS. When a rescue request is received, the location of the incident and the user's location are displayed on the map, and route guidance is also available. During a rescue request, the recipient can communicate anonymously and free of charge.
- AED and medical facility search: Allows confirmation of AED installation locations and hospitals on the map.
- My medical record: Allows users to save their basic information, medical history, medication, primary care physician, and test results (images). Medical information necessary in case of an emergency can be managed with MySOS.
- Health checkup data linkage function: Allows reference to the results of health checkups conducted by companies.
- Activity level: Calculates the calories burned from the number of steps obtained from healthcare apps and helps with daily health management.
- Collaboration with Karada Wakaru Navi app: Collaborates with a health advice app to manage employee health.
- AGEs record: Records AGEs (advanced glycation end products) and helps detect not only diabetes but also aging, cancer, arteriosclerosis, and other conditions.
