Install RTD MyRide app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RTD MyRide on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RTD MyRide"
The search will reveal the RTD MyRide app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RTD MyRide is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RTD MyRide.
Now enjoy RTD MyRide on PC.

- The app is easy to use and takes only 5 minutes or less to set up.

- The app does not force users to purchase anything or save their credit card information.

☹ Cons:

- Users are required to purchase a ticket before being allowed to enter their credit card information.

- The app does not allow users to set up payment in advance for their family members' phones.

- The app has glitches that prevent users from purchasing tickets, even for future use.

- The app has a password reset issue that prevents users from receiving the new password via email.

Cannot buy tickets in advance on NYD

I started a new job that makes commuting by the light rail a perfect option for me so I downloaded the app Mobile Ticketing to buy some tickets in advance. However, I can’t buy tickets in advance because the app is free today for New Years Day so when I click buy tickets a notification comes up saying today is free and it won’t let me purchase tickets, even for future use when I go through My Wallet. This is a horrible programming oversight. Seems like this app has a lot of glitches to work through to be reliable. It’s frustrating that the app can be hard enough to use and rely on for commuting and then there are extra barriers like the glitches in this app that discourage using public transit. For such a progress city and a state that cares about our environment it’s sad that we don’t have the leading, most cutting edge public transit. Come on the app, get your head in the game and be an industry leader!
Needs Improvements to Work Well For Families

Why was I required to purchase a ticket, just to be allowed to enter my credit card info? I should be able to set up payment on my kids’ phones in advance, so they have it there when they need it. Instead I had to buy two tickets they weren’t going to use, just to get it to store my credit card. It also won’t let me put the app on all of my family’s phones; I had to set up a separate account for some of them. I can’t imagine why that should be necessary.
This application is worthless please advise RTD riders of iPhone issues.

I was advised by an the app supervisor to reload the the app ticket application. I did this after being denied service on two busses while on the phone with the the app supervisor. The application then changed my password and says that an email was sent with the new password. I did this 5 times. No email was sent to my email address. Yes I did check spam trash primary etcetera etcetera. I was one hour late for work. Still attempting to correct issues with the applications for my ride home, this is still not corrected, nor have I received and email from the app to correct my password reset. Please provide a link for reimbursement of ticket purchase.
Easier than “Statica” made it out to be

I downloaded the app, chose to purchase a day pass(at a student discount rate), was able to chose when to activate the pass, had the choice of whether to save my cc or not, and easily activated the pass later with no problems. May have taken 5 min or less to do all this and the app never made me purchase anything or save a credit card. Nice going the app, I am surprised. I am not sure what Statica did wrong with her setup but the app does not behave as she stated in her review.
