Refund never received

I’ve ordered from Wagamama Red Sea mall 2 weeks ago, and someone from this app said that the card didn’t go through and I should try again, and I have because I’ve received two messages from the bank that it went through. The person who called me said they will return the first amount in cash, which is 80 SAR, and I’ve never received the amount. I e-mailed this app and they never replied back!
Another thing about the app, it keeps crashing which is frustrating. I am still waiting on my refund.
