Terrible Connectivity

Awesome concept but it can never connect even while all other WI-FI apps work fine and have a very strong signal. Only connects once after it is rebooted then never again until the next reboot. This has to be a known problem with a software fix either available or in progress. For the cost of this unit it should run flawlessly and without the app connection it’s impossible to know if it’s even running.

Does not connect

I installed this unit and it worked ok for a while, but the app connection was iffy. Now it will never connect. I’ve tried different networks, new keys, secured / not secured networks. It basically is a useless app. It takes less time to crawl under my house and check the unit, than trying to get the app to connect. I wish I’d bought a simple dehumidifier with out the Wi-Fi.

Good when it connects

Nice app to remote monitor a dehumidifier. However, it connects maybe 20% of the time. Mostly get login failure message.
Dehumidifier shows wifi signal is 90%, so it isn’t a wifi problem. Also, the ecobee and roomba have no issues with the wifi.
