  • Never use this app

    By Skilvral (Pcmac user)

This app is full of flaws. I was told I would have access to my cfp tickets on Jan.1 . Did not happen by 5pm so I called. After being on hold for 1 1/2 hours a very nice person told me they would be upload by 5pm. They were running behind. Finally, around 10pm got my ticket section and row and tickets. Can’t sell them on stub hub because cfp won’t release the barcodes. My credit card was charged on Dec. 30 so those tickets are mine and I should be able to sell them anywhere I want. Am on hold again because somehow my tickets selling expired 40 minutes ago and the edit feature to put them back for sale is not working. I do not recall putting a deadline for the sale of the tickets.
  • Where are my tickets?

    By Hellcat 93 (Pcmac user)

I’m guessing none of the app developers actually read these reviews since it appears that the issues I’m having existed at last year’s Natty. This is absurd! I purchased tickets through Clemson and downloaded the app and it says I haven’t purchased tickets yet. I’m not the only one having issues with this either - people can’t transfer tickets to others that they have sold them to. Emailing the tickets is a far better way than trying to mess with an awful app. They MUST fix this for the thousands of us that are having issues and needs to be done as soon as possible!!
  • Terrible app

    By tesla bama (Pcmac user)

Worst app ever. Why do you inconvenience attending fans by making it ridiculous to obtain tickets. Took forever to download app and was never able to put in Apple wallet even though it said there was an update to correct that problem. Never worked for me. Had to take a screenshot and luckily that worked. Phone was almost dead I had to stand in line so long, then had to pull phone out in pouring rain hoping the battery wouldn’t go dead and that screenshot worked. Please have a print at home option next year.
  • Worst app ive ever used

    By nate1325373 (Pcmac user)

How in the world does anyone think that this is a valuable tool. It’s complicated to transfer tickets. The worst part of any of this is that they have artificial set a minimum low ticket price when you are selling your tickets of $200 dollars. This shows you how in bed espn, the college football playoff’s and ticket master are. If I could rank this with a negative 5 stars I would. Also the servers which basically have a maximum number of people who would be using the app can’t handle the service at all.
