Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CGI U 2017"
The search will reveal the CGI U 2017 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CGI U 2017 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CGI U 2017.
Now enjoy CGI U 2017 on PC.
