Download and install the R+F Events app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "R+F Events"
The search will reveal the R+F Events app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once R+F Events is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including R+F Events.

I don’t have the old app anymore but I’ve tried 2 different ways to get the new version and it says it is but when I click open it reverts to 2018 Convention info.
Isn’t working

I downloaded this app for the upcoming convention. I wanted to be able to familiarize myself with it before I go. Unfortunately every time I try to click on a section, it takes forever and even then, it states “unable to load, click to refresh.” I am beyond frustrated. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading it. I’ve tried signing out and then signing back in. Nothing is working. And I leave tomorrow morning.

I thought I would be able to open this as a virtual subscriber. I didn’t realize it was for on site attendees only. After my first review I received a quick & kind response from the developer explaining why I couldn't open the app.
R+F Event App

I am an on-site attendee and I just downloaded the app on my iPhone. I can open the app and everything appears normal; however, when I click on any of the pictures or links I get a screen full of errors. Not sure what went wrong.
