What is HEK Service-App?

HEK Service-App is a customer service app that allows users to contact the company, exchange documents, and receive information through their smartphones. The app is available in two versions, basic and smart, with the smart version offering access to personal health data through the smarthealth add-on. The app is free and meets high-security standards.

5. Über Ihre elektronische Gesundheitsakte (eGA) haben Sie stets Zugriff auf Ihre persönlichen Gesundheitsdaten und medizinischen Informationen.

6. Die HEK Service-App bieten wir Ihnen in den Versionen basic und smart an.

7. Mit basic können Sie unser Serviceangebot digital nutzen.

8. Eigene Angaben können jederzeit ergänzt werden.

9. Die Erweiterung von smarthealth um die elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) ist zum 01.01.2021 vorgesehen.

10. Mit zukünftigen Updates werden wir den Service für Sie erweitern und neue Anwendungen einführen.

Install HEK Service-App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using HEK Service-App on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HEK Service-App"
The search will reveal the HEK Service-App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HEK Service-App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HEK Service-App.
Now enjoy HEK Service-App on PC.
