Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AP TeleCares"
The search will reveal the AP TeleCares app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AP TeleCares is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AP TeleCares.
Now enjoy AP TeleCares on PC.

To use AP TeleCares,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "AP TeleCares" » then Click "Install".
- AP TeleCares will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
