Install Blur n Bokeh app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Blur n Bokeh on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Blur n Bokeh"
The search will reveal the Blur n Bokeh app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Blur n Bokeh is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Blur n Bokeh.

Simple and enjoyable, with good results

I just worked up a holiday picture of my kids, which took about 10 - 15 minutes. The tool is easy to use, and as other reviewers have noted, there are a lot of adjustments you can make (foreground and background). My only concern is/was that the selection process can leave some artifacts (speckles) around the edges of the foreground part of the image. I was able to use the “erase” feature to get rid of most, but not all, of those artifacts. Now, also granted, the background I was working with was really complex, and I’m sure that didn’t help … but that’s a really minor nit. All in all, I love this app - and I’m sure I will use it a lot.
It’s okay - lacking a lot

This is a good app for doing the one very limited thing that it does. It does an awesome job of blurring just what you want blurred in a photo. However, it lacks a few things that I honestly think are essential. One, there needs to be an undo/redo option. This is a glaring omission. Second, you really should be able to zoom in/out of the photo you’re editing in order to get into small spaces and fine-tune the the app effect. I’m really feeling the lack of this feature as I’m using this app. Other than those two things, it really is a good app. I’d love to see undo/redo and zooming added to future updates.

I have only done this to 1 photo, but that was enough for me to give it 5 stars. It is quick and easy to select people/object and the the app the background. And, you even have more adjustments available./ I will be using this app a lot.
Manual? I don’t need no stinking Manuel!

Like most Mac users I fall in that category. Just a couple of quick pointers however. 1. You need to brush around the entire photos before you can change the settings. Just click from one side to another without a connected path won’t work. 2. You can go back and make adjustments Click the reset button to start over. 3. The saturation setting will turn the affected background to black and white. Enjoy - worth the money
