Install Speckle - Lens bokeh app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Speckle on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Speckle"
The search will reveal the Speckle - Lens bokeh app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Speckle is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Speckle.
Now enjoy Speckle on PC.

Disappointing

this app is frustrating to use in many respects. The app often crashes after drawing a line to "keep" part of the image. Other times it fails to accurately recognize the lines I’ve drawn, or it will remove a previously "kept" section when I add another line. This masking feature is very buggy. My hope for the bokeh feature was to scatter shapes but the app doesn’t appear to work that way. As far as I can tell, it recognizes highlights within an image and bokeh is added only to these areas. After trying a few different images, I couldn’t get results I was happy with. Bokeh colors are automatically chosen and the lack versatility is disappointing. Alterations made to an image are shown in a small thumbnail before committing to the change. A larger view would be helpful. The tutorial could also use improvements as it doesn’t cover some of the app’s features. I wish I could give a more positive review :( iPad Pro 9.7", 10.3.3

I enjoy the filters of this app. I can move a picture seamlessly from my gallery to this app, explore the filters and move it again or post it. Looking forward to more ideas.

this app is a neat image editing program. You can remove part of an image, selectively focus on a specific part to create a bokeh effect. It's easy to use as well.

So far this app seems easy & has some different & fun options- they just don't give the user a lot of time to experience & use it b4 asking us to "earn" additional features by leaving a review. . .
