6. Customer will be charged $35.00 per incident if vehicle is not at dispatched location or service request is cancelled after fifteen minutes from the initiation of a valid service call.

7. • Call roadside assistance from the app and they’ll head to your location.

8. If anything does happen, roadside assistance will be there to find and help you immediately.

9. • Should a crash be detected, ADT can send an emergency alert so first responders can provide you the help you need.

10. ADT will not reimburse for roadside assistance service not initiated by ADT.

11. • Our rapid SOS emergency response team will contact you to make sure you’re okay and alert emergency responders if not.

Install ADT Go - Personal Safety App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ADT Go on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ADT Go"
The search will reveal the ADT Go - Personal Safety App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ADT Go is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ADT Go.
Now enjoy ADT Go on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ADT Go,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ADT Go" » then Click "Install".
- ADT Go - Personal Safety App will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Doesn’t work

After trial period it doesn’t work so I followed the instructions on how to get premium. I found it really hard and complicated to even figure out how to do that as well. Basically had to google it since the only thing the the app website would tell me about this app was the prices and compared the features. So I’ve followed those instructions and had to change my password since for some reason it wouldn’t take the original password I had just used to delete the app account. I do that and then upgrade to premium. I go to login so I can start using the app and it wants me to sign up all over again and when I click the button to “keep premium and continue it gives me an error message that I can only upgrade or downgrade once in a 24 hour period. I don’t want to upgrade or downgrade I just want to login and use the app. Super frustrating. I really like the app when we were doing the trial but this is ridiculous. Way more complicated than it should be.
Doesnt work after update to app

The app started out great. My wife and I loved that we can see where each other is since we both drive a good distance for work. We are always able to tell if the other made it to work during bad weather. I recently downloaded the update and now the app doesn’t work. I am a the app customer for my home security so I should have access to the basic use of this app. I had to delete my account and start over, then again one day later I get the same message my trial has ended. But being a the app customer it says you will still get access to this. My wife has had no problem with hers, she does have a Droid not sure if the iOS version of the update is where something went wrong. I tried contact customer support and tech. Still haven’t gotten anywhere, I just keep getting the run around.
Great app

The app does what it’s suppose to. You can see top speeds, phone battery percentage, phone usage while driving, and routes of travel and times. My husband works an hour away and we have it set to where it alerts me when he leaves and when he arrives at work so I don’t worry about his long drive as much anymore. The only bad thing is if you have alerts set and your spouse tries to sneak home early to surprise you, You’ll just have to “act” surprised! Lol
Kills your battery

this app app is nice and works with most phones. I have a family member that has a pay as you go phone. It doesn’t work well on pay as you go phones. If you go thru cell company with a monthly plan it does use some data. The major down fall to this app is the battery drain. Since the app went to life 360 for their technology this was a huge reason why I stop using the Life 360 app was totally due to battery drain and data usage. I also work for the app. This app is great if you are prepared to have your phone charging all the time. I will give it 30 days. But if they can’t fix the battery drain issue. I’m going back to Friend Finder.
