Install Intelity app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Intelity"
The search will reveal the Intelity app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Intelity is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Intelity.
Now enjoy Intelity on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Intelity,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Intelity" » then Click "Install".
- Intelity will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Cool app for door opening, no need in plastic key

Was able to make service requests using app and open doors. No need in plastic key that demagnetizes all the time, finally!
What invitation code!!

Went to activate app and I had to put in this code and NO code was found!!! Dare not to call casino or hotel cuz they bounce u back and forth cuz neither one knows nothing the other is doing!!!
Horrible and Frustrating!!

Extremely poor customer service to the point of being rude. Hotel hadn’t a clue on how to set up and use app. Several of us had problems obtaining the invitation code and the Hotel didn’t know what to do to correct this. CS related to this app DOES NOT work or load. No other email or customer support found anywhere. When someone found the parent company on social media they basically said to contact the hotel and to delete the public conversation. What a joke! Deleting the app and ALL of us will never use it again.
