Install iFlicks 3 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using iFlicks 3 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iFlicks 3"
- The search will reveal the iFlicks 3 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once iFlicks 3 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iFlicks 3.

Intentionally broke iFlicks 2

I love the app, but it appears as though the developer deliberately broke the metadata lookup in the app 2 in order to force people to upgrade to this app (this is just my theory). The latest update on version 2 makes it so the app cannot get metadata or cover art. I purchased version 3, and magically, metadata and cover art lookup seems to work. Unfortunately, the computer I use the app on the most can't run the new version. So, buyer beware ... in buying this software, the developer may choose to intentionally break this version when version 4 rolls out.
UPDATE: In response to the developer ....
The developer blames the TVDB site of not working properly.
I purchased the app, versions 1, 2 and 3, and I have all three working. Whenever I add files to the app 2 now, it doesn't work. Whenever I add files to this app, it magically works. IF this really were an issue with TheTVDB, then neither of the apps would work.
When this developer came out with this app, there was an update to the app 2. That update made it so the app 2 could no longer get metadata or cover art. My version, which I have on three computers, broke on each machine. When I bought the new version, everything worked again. However, if I use the app 2, it still doesn't work.
The developer may claim it isn't their fault, but the proof is in the fact that version 2 doesn't work any more.
This will be the last time I purchase the app.

Fantastic..... Until v.3.2/Catalina

This app has been PERFECT for the last 5 years, at least. Everything JUST WORKED. I've used the "iTunes Compatible" presets to convert 1080p and 4k movies flawlessly until this app.2 (and/or Catalina?) was released. Now, 1080p movies convert fine using the now-"Apple TV compatible" settings, but 4k movies end up looking like something you'd see from the Predator's viewpoint, but in mostly pink. No settings adjustments seem to work. And it is NOT the source file, as those play fine when I play them straight on non-Apple devices. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

I have used the app since v1 and I always update to the new versions. This is the best tool I have found for managing my huge (5,000 movies and 5,000 TV shows) video collection. Super easy to use, fast to upload to iTunes. I would recommend this to everyone. This product deserves all the support it can get. But it now!!!

I've been using the app since the first version, and it has always been a solid tool. Great quality results with lots of preset options, and the applescript integration in the rules lets you do pretty much anything. Nice work, guys
