Constant problems ...

Loyalty vs loyalty and pay scan codes never work correctly - it’s a toss up what happens when you use one vs the other. Transaction history isn’t accurate. The transaction history said I paid but the the app employee said “that doesn’t always work right”. Huh? So you know that it doesn’t work right but don’t fix it? It’s a horrible customer experience to require me to prove one way or the other through my bank account transactions whether the app sent the transaction. But, that’s exactly what happened when the transaction history showed “paid” today. I couldn’t find it at my bank so I was asked to pay again. I used cash, probably didn’t get any rewards either.

Match App Design with the delicious Flour Bakery food

First, I am a huge fan of the app Bakery’s sandwiches and pastries, and the wonderful staff at the physical locations. while the app is functional, I would love the app to be organized and redesigned to feel more like an app. The first time I opened the app, I did understand the “order” button was on the homepage and would like a way to clearly browse the menu. Finding previous transactions was not clear either in the side navigation bar.

Have only tried to order through the app two times and both times have had problems. It won’t let you order a latte, so that’s fantastic. Also, I selected one store location and it defaulted to another. Called the store to cancel and they told me I have to contact level up for a refund and they have no access to the data in order to either apply the money to another store or refund through the app. Brilliant. The in-store payment is the best, probably the only thing, of value in this app.

I am very surprised at how bad the UX in this mobile app. I accidentally ordered a sandwich in a wrong location. When I realized that happened, I was panicking looking for a cancel order... and it is nowhere to be found. I ended up have to call the store myself. Also, the typography is horrible ( it is cute but unreadable). Who have thought of using this font for customer support ? I barely read what I was writing to the app...
