Install MeCare app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MeCare"

Unable to use Bluetooth

Was working then stopped I am thinking from the last apple upgrade a few days ago ( watch no longer shows up in BT list) reset/reinstalled no luck also never able to create a account, used the skip option

Won’t work on iOS12

My band could not work on the sleep mode. It does not seem to collect sleep data. By seller’s suggestion, I deleted the app and then re-installed afterwards. At this stage, I could not do either login in or sign in to the app . But by press the skip button, I can still sync the band to app except still lacking data in sleep mode. The entire process are not consistent and troublesome. Not good.
