Install Moodle Desktop app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Moodle Desktop on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Moodle Desktop"
The search will reveal the Moodle Desktop app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Moodle Desktop is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Moodle Desktop.
Now enjoy Moodle Desktop on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Moodle Desktop,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Moodle Desktop" » then Click "Install".
- Moodle Desktop will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can’t log in

I was having the same problem with the iPhone app but it got fixed for that app, now thw problem remains for the mac app. I type in the university website and try to log in to my account but it says that I've got the wrong username/password, even though when I test it on the browser amd the iphone app it logs me in just fine. It's inconvenient having to log in all the time when I'm on my laptop so it’d be nice if this was fixed. Also, it would be good if the app allowd to sign in with the auto-fill feature or allowed to paste.
Stuck on the login Page

This app is great when it works but it does lack the UI of a true desktop app. I use it on both my iphone and iPad and it looks the same across all fo the iDevices. The problem I have with app now is that it does not work with the DUO-dual authentication that my university recently implimented. The app gets stuck on the DUO screen and I do not get a push notification on my phone to grant access. Please fix this issue.
No support for OpenID Connect

My institution cannot use this app becasue it only supports manual login. We use OpenID Connect for authentication to the app.
