Software Features and Description

1. Launch in November 26, 2011 from Cape Canaveral, the rover landed in August 06, 2012 when it began its Mars exploration.

3. - Choose to explore by earth date or by sol (Mars day since the rover landed).

4. This is the third rover sent to Mars after Spirit and Opportunity.

5. - Shows automatically the latest data available on the launch screen.

6. Latest pictures available from two days before the current date only.

7. Follow Curiosity in its journey on Mars.

8. - Pick the camera you want (front, rear, mast) for the particular day you are interested in.

9. - Compare sol day with the route map from Curiosity which covered already almost 11 miles (17 km).

10. - Zooming feature available from portrait to landscape.

Install Explore Mars app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Explore Mars"
The search will reveal the Explore Mars app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Explore Mars is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Explore Mars.
Now enjoy Explore Mars on PC.
