Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

It excludes weekends and up to 2 holidays (free version) but the only thing is it doesn't add a badge to the icon so you have to go into the app o see how many days are left /:

It doesn't include weekends like other apps do. Just the app days. And you can add all the holidays off so it is an accurate countdown.

The app is pretty good despite one problem... The free version needs more days off. You can only put up to 2 days off and you need the full version for more. Because of that you can only do a portion of a break so why bother?
