Install MyVTech Cams app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MyVTech Cams on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MyVTech Cams"
The search will reveal the MyVTech Cams app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MyVTech Cams is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MyVTech Cams.
Now enjoy MyVTech Cams on PC.

I’m not sure why the bad ratings, I like the app

I don’t know why everyone is giving this app one star, the app does what it suppose to do. There isn’t any lag or dropped videos that I know of and the motion detector works for us. I got the cams to monitor our new baby. The response to moving the camera is a bit of delay but bearable. The quality isn’t 4K hd quality but why would you need something like that. My only complaint is that there is no way of turning off the camera unless you unplug it from the wall. I feel there shouldn’t be some privacy in the house. Maybe if there was a curtain time the cams would be on during the day. That would be my only feedback. Honestly, I feel the people rating this app are expecting something like a GoPro app. Then buy a GoPro. So many haters out there.
Terrible app

The monitor that came with the cameras works good. No problems. The app is beyond terrible. You can't access the cameras while on the same WiFi network. Shut off WiFi and use cell data and I can access them. WiFi at work? No problem. Three cell phones and two iPads can't hook to them on the same WiFi. The app won't do anything but load. Get off that WiFi network and it works. Kind of. When it wants. Usually between about 8AM and 5PM it doesn't work. Shows an old picture. It's dark outside and it shows full sun outside. Notifications arrive about 10 minutes after the event. Usually longer, if at all. Tried to contact support and guess what? Not a phone number, email or chat link. Nothing at all. Wish I could give this a lot less than one star. If support ever reads this, I'd like to figure out what is going on.
Doesn’t work!

I contacted vtech support on Oct. 15 and was told by Shadow that you would have this fixed by Thursday of that week! For over a month now, the app crashes every time you click “view history” to see the recorded videos. I’m paying a monthly subscription for nothing. The app also now makes you swipe through 7 worthless instructional screens before you can see your cameras EVERY time you open the app. Why?
It WAS working well. Please fix it.

After the update, the app crashes everytime i want to check the recording history. Still get the motion detect notifications but can’t check the history. PLEASE FIX! I subscribed for the monthly plan, and now I feel like I’m just throwing the money away.
