Download and install the My StayWell app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using My StayWell on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My StayWell"
The search will reveal the My StayWell app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once My StayWell is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My StayWell.
Now enjoy My StayWell on PC.

To get My StayWell on Windows 11, check if there's a native My StayWell Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing My StayWell:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "My StayWell" » Click "Install" to install My StayWell
- My StayWell will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Does not sync, doesn’t need to

The “incentives” are not really incentives. The steps don’t really matter. You max out at 200 points, and the most you can get from steps is 30. It doesn’t sync with the app Fitbit, but it doesn’t really matter. It’s all about logging into the app daily, and doing busy work to get all your points. You can get 200 points in less than 2 months which defeats the point of having a wellness app incentive. More needs to be tied to steps/walking and it needs to sync automatically. Let’s reward the people who are active in life and not just people who are active on the app for a little while. Isn’t that supposed to be the point? Why is it so much extra busy work?
Will not sync with staywell fitness tracker

All of the categories and information and incentives are great, but the app will not connect to this app device, making this essentially useless to me. The initial pairing went fine, however the device and the app do not communicate. When I attempt to sync the device within the app, it stays on the spinning wheel indefinitely and never completes sync. If the device and the app communicated, this rating would be 5 stars.

Staywell finally has an app that works and works well. It keeps track of the app Applewatch steps and uploads the data quickly. Easy to use, user friendly, and even links to MyFitnessPal. It also offers other features and community interaction. Great job! Thanks guys.
Good App

I initially couldn’t get the app to work, getting a blank white screen after creating a profile online. I then went back to the app online profile and completed all required prompts (creating/joining a team). Once I did that, the app worked and runs well. I synced the app Fitbit online and has synced great both in the app and online.
