Install Legacy StayWell app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Legacy StayWell on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Legacy StayWell"
The search will reveal the Legacy StayWell app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Legacy StayWell is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Legacy StayWell.
Now enjoy Legacy StayWell on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Legacy StayWell,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Legacy StayWell" » then Click "Install".
- Legacy StayWell will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

App Greys Out and is Unusable on Login

I’m no longer having issues with syncing information from the Health app (so amended my one star rating to two). Now, once logged in, the background of the main screen adopts a grey color shading and doesn’t allow me to scroll down or click anything within the main tab. It is almost like there is a hidden window keeping the tab inactive (difficult to describe). I can access settings and other tabs but not the main (and most information filled) section of the app. So, I’m unable to access any of the videos and other extra content that StayWell offers within the app. The app has been this way for the last two months. I’m afraid to uninstall the app to see if that would fix it, since it took a lot of work getting Health data to sync.

It would be helpful if the people who create and publish the app would take the time to use and test all of the features of the app to ensure they WORK! When you sign in the screen goes blank because some pop up appears which you can’t get rid of. The only way out of it is to press menu in the lower right corner. When using “programs>self-directed coaching>eat well>use”, some of the features don’t work! Videos go black or doesn’t play at all. Fix-it or don’t have companies require us to use it!!!!
Literally one of the worst apps I have

Required by my insurance company to log steps with my Apple Watch, but the problem is that it doesn’t work. Has yet to log a single step after multiple calls to tech service at StayWell. Without jumping through extra hoops, I would have to pay significantly higher premiums and deductibles if I continued down this path. Their solution? They all but advised me to get a FitBit tracker. My solution? Fix your garbage app and/or pay an app developer to make something that works.
Terrible app with terrible IT support

Just like the other reviews, this app habitually stalls and freezes. When you call staywell, they tell you to redownload the app. Big shock, it doesn’t help at all. One of the worst part about the freezing is the app logs you out. Therefore anything you do in the app will be lost on a freeze. Let’s be honest. We are forced to use this app, therefore they have no incentive to change/improve the app. I just hope my company will read this review and the others.
