5 Stars for Quickly fixing the Apple TV issue reported

I am iOS developer myself from Kerala and understands pain of getting this work... I had issue with playing movie on Apple TV, even with my 50 mbps connection. Activity indicator would show up near seek bar. Initially i was suspecting their server is not able to keep up with demand, but when i play same movie on safari/google chrome, movie app was playing at HD Quality and no lags I reported the issue by contacting them over email.. to my surprise, they reverted back, asked for screenshot. After i shared screenshot, like within 12 days or something, they pushed new build to Appstore. They even followed up with me to check whether issue is resolved... 5 stars for responding to email and fixing the issue (before my subscription got over) I would suggest you guys to reset ratings on next app release, currently its 2 stars. Doesn’t makes sense
Low resolution but now it’s better

I have this app in my Apple TV. Any video you play for the first 1 to 2 minutes it plays with the lowest resolution. You can’t watch at all. After 2 minutes it’s fine. But if you are watching a 5 minutes song and the first 2 minutes go off with the low resolution then you get irritated. Hope the app get better. With recent times I am not seeing this problem. Looks like it is resolved. Thank you
App keeps crashing every time it is opened

I have been waiting through so many app updates but this issue never seems to be fixed. I have an iPhone and an iPad and whenever I try to open the app it crashes. After many attempts it will open. This is very annoying. Every time an app update shows I would hope for this bug to be fixed but hasn’t been till now. On my friend’s iPhone as well this seems to happen.
Useless software. They should be paying us to use this

What the hell. Casting movie does not work. I have Roku so I can’t use them on my tv. If I connect my iPhone to the tv through Apple TV connector it will say so crazy message like “switcho off screen recording device ....” are you crazy don’t know the difference between a tv connector that Apple company provides to connect to hdmi. I want o see on my tv and not on a mobile device does sunnxt have any solution for that?
