I love the Hoichoi originals, but.....

The this app original shows are real good to watch. Nice stories, good directions and of course acting skills. After a long time got something to watch in my own language and far better than the daily soaps. But is it really worthy?? We are spending $9 every month just for 1 or 2 new episodes!!please don’t tell me to count the movies, those are already watched or available in the internet free of cost. Please either increase the number of originals or decrease the charges.
No pause option

I’ve been recently signed up for this app and watch from my iPad Pro 11” model but I see no pause/ play option or even fast forward/ moving back option. There’s literally nothing, so it gets annoying to watch cos no way to pause it when there’s something urgent shows up. I hope developer take this thing under consideration. Thank you

I subscribed this app from apple store on 27th of april 2018. Initially it was working fine but suddenly stopped working when i emailed the hoi choi they said i don’t have any valid subscription. But then i had an active subscription going. I contacted apple app store they confirmed that my subscription is valid. After discussing with apple app store Advisor they suggested to cancel the subscription for this app and refunded the subscription amount. This is not surely upto the mark i hope others will not face this issue!!! These guys don’t deserve even a star!!!

The app takes a lot of time on the landing page to load all the images and descriptions. A performance improvement will be required to increase the star rating. 1. Launch is good 2. this app App content is also good 3. this app is doing good stuff with their web series 4. The landing page takes lot of time to load or buffers(not a good user experience) 5. When navigating from one tab to other, app loading is slow and buffers. Seems some heavy calls are made to load the images. (this feedback is purely from the app point of view)
