Install Renfe Ticket app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Using Renfe Ticket on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Renfe Ticket"
The search will reveal the Renfe Ticket app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Renfe Ticket is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Renfe Ticket.
Now enjoy Renfe Ticket on PC.

✔ Pros:

- Convenient ticket scanning using Apple Watch

- Previously had good success using the app

☹ Cons:

- App no longer launches on iPhone XS, iPad mini 4 or iPad mini 5

- Many issues with the app, including getting knocked off, credit card getting erased, and difficulty accessing tickets

- Error messages when attempting to purchase tickets via mobile phone

- Storing credit card step fails for both MasterCard and Amex

Stopped working a few days ago

I had previously had good success using this app since 2015. I purchase 6+ tickets a year and like the convenience of using my Apple Watch at the Madrid & Malaga train stations for my ticket scans. Sadly, since a few days ago (April 2019), the app will no longer launch on my iPhone XS, iPad mini 4 or iPad mini 5. It is simply dead. I hope the developers will update it and fix the bug.
Thought I could make it work. Nope.

I thought the reviews might be wrong. I thought I was smarter than the rest. I worked so so hard and made it to the ‘Enter your payment method’ page. Then. Error. Error. Game over. You either have to buy via the website or in person at a 3.5% surcharge.
HORRIBLE APPLICATION

I have had so many issues with this app. I get knocked off. My credit card gets erased. I cannot access my ticket. The print my tickets option requires me to sign in even when I intend to use as a guest... so much more, but I am too upset to write more. This whole app needs a COMPLETE overhaul. 😤

Please fix this app to allow purchase of tickets via mobile phone. The storing credit card step fails for both MasterCard and Amex. Really wish this app would work.
