Customer Service is a Joke

The app works well and isn't difficult to use; however, what is this nonsense with requiring a £10 fee for a refund, first off that's not a refund and second their customer service is a joke. You have to call them for one, what is this 2013. Then ontop of that they tell me I can't get a refund cause my ticket cost too little but I should have been refunded regardless because my train was canceled, I wasn't late, I didn't try to wiggle out of anything, their service failed and I still had to pay for a trip that I didn't get to use. It's 2019 they should have this system much more streamlined and user friendly. The fact that they aren't looking out for their customers just shows you shouldn't use their app, they are dishonest and unreliable. If you do choose to use this app, proceed with caution and never expect to get all your money back.
Terrible update

This app used to be functional. How does an all get less functionality with an update? Can’t tell if the e-ticket is able to be used on any Service or on the app trains only. You used to be able to tell during purchasing which trains a ticket could be used on so you could select the most flexible ticket. The app doesn’t store the loyalty numbers anymore and need to be typed in each time at checkout. Bring back these useful features.
