Install Voipscan app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

Was not able to receive a code via text message

I was not able to use the app at all. After I provided my phone number I waiting for 2 times to get a code via text message. Did not get it. Please fix this bug. Thank you!

After the last update it became good enough. This is the almost cheapest app to make calls across the world. Free calls between apps like in any other messengers
