What is Mudik BPJS Kesehatan?
The Mudik BPJS Kesehatan app is a mobile application developed by BPJS Kesehatan to provide information to JKN participants and the general public during the annual mudik (homecoming) season in Indonesia. The app provides access to various information related to BPJS Kesehatan's Mudik Posko (post) located in various cities in Indonesia, including the nearest healthcare facilities.
1. Melalui aplikasi ini, peserta dapat mengakses beragam informasi seputar Posko Mudik BPJS kesehatan yang tersebar di berbagai kota di indonesia, hingga peserta dapat mengetahui letak fasilitas kesehatan terdekat saat perjalanan mudik.
2. Aplikasi Mudik BPJS Kesehatan adalah aplikasi yang dibangun oleh BPJS Kesehatan sebagai media informasi bagi Peserta JKN dan masayarakat umum ketika melakukan perjalanan mudik.
3. Berisi peta menuju lokasi fasilitas kesehatan terdekat dari posisi peserta, sehingga Peserta JKN dapat menuju lokasi faskes tersebut berdasarkan petunjuk yang diarahkan oleh aplikasi.
4. Berisi informasi daftar telepon penting yang dibutuhkan oleh Peserta JKN dan masyarakat umum saat mudik.
5. Berisi tips-tips penting dan berguna untuk Peserta JKN dan masyarakat yang sedang melakukan mudik.
6. Berisi pertanyaan umum yang sering ditanyakan oleh peserta JKN.
7. Berisi informasi alamat dan nomor telepon Kantor Pusat, Kantor Divisi Regional, hingga Kantor Cabang serta KLOK di seluruh Indonesia.
8. Berisi informasi seputar BPJS Kesehatan melalui majalah INFO BPJS Kesehatan.
