The Cartelle app is designed to help users transform their mind, body, and soul through fitness. The app features seven certified trainers and a variety of home and gym workout programs, including high-intensity HIIT style programs, booty building, and shaping and toning programs. The app also includes features such as audio coaching, exercise descriptions, video demos, and workout data tracking. The app is available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, with a 7-day free trial.



Software Features and Description

1. We're doing this by working with the most loved athletes in the fitness world; creating workout programs people love to do, connecting us together, in an app you’ll love to use.

2. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Memberships include access to all programs available on the App and are available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

4. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

5. Choose from seven certified trainers and a variety of home and gym workout programs, designed to give you the body you want.

6. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

7. Select from high intensity HIIT style programs or maybe you'd prefer one of our booty building or shaping and toning programs? It's all there.

8. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

9. We’ve set out to build a Cartelle of inspiring, badass women who believe in the power of fitness.

10. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

    This app has completely changed my life. I started a few months ago not knowing where to even start. I didn’t even know what a gym was. I downloaded a few different apps on my phone to see which one was the best fit for me. Not knowing I had to pay for this app, I clicked submit and went along with it. It has completely made a difference on me. It tells you step by step what workouts to do and how much weight to start out with. There are videos of every workout and time limits for resting. It is just like a personal trainer, but virtual. I feel so much more motivated and knowledgeable after using this app the past few months. I love how I can help people and show people the ways from this app. I have seen an absolute huge difference in my body and I would not take the 65 dollars back for one single minute I get in the gym. Every single penny is worth it. Thank you the app!

    Before using this app, I didn’t know where to start when I would go to the gym. If anything, I would always stick with the treadmill. I started following Ashley Flores and her workout journey. When I heard she was partnering up with this app, I had to give it a try and she never disappoints! Doing her 12 week program and her 8 week I’ve never felt so sore but proud of how I was able to push myself into a better and healthier lifestyle. This program teaches you the right way to do the workouts. If it’s something that you’ve never done before, the app has videos and audio of how to properly do so. I would definitely recommend this program to any beginners trying to meet their goals. Teaching you from how to properly do workouts to mentally and physically challenging yourself for a better you. Thank you!!

    This app is literally amazing! I follow Ashley Flores on Instagram and I saw her post about the the app and that is the main reason I signed up! I love her dedication and her drive to get better each day. She is truly one of my inspirations to become better and to never give up! I downloaded the app and I love how it is so easy to use. Any program you choose it shows videos on how to do each exercise the right way! I love how the instructors talk to you during the workout so it is like they are there with you during the workouts! I have been doing Ashley’s program called the 12 week tone up for about 3 weeks now and I am absolutely in love! I have never felt so good and I have way more confidence in myself and at the gym! I highly recommend signing up for the app! You won’t regret it! -Tayler

    I’m rating 4 stars because the workouts are great but the app itself has had a couple glitches. I’m currently on Ashley Flores’ plan and the workouts are challenging! The app wouldn’t allow me to officially “start my plan” by picking up the workouts I had already completed and forced me to start over from the beginning. That would’ve been a nice feature in the beginning, but it’s synced now and I like that it keeps track of my % completed and days missed- it’s a nice reminder! Overall, I would still recommend due to the nice video layout- no need to open a separate tab or download pdf’s.
